Using the carousel below, select any thumbnail image by clicking on it. A larger version of that image will be then displayed below, along with an explanation of how to use the app.

Find the Room app on your home screen and tap the icon to launch.

In this screen shot, you can see the icon on the top row.

When the app has launched, tap Room # to pull up a numeric keypad.

In this example, room number 4532 has been entered.

Tap the Note field to pull up a text keypad.

In this example, the note "East Tower" has been entered.

When the room number and note has been entered, press done.

The keypad will then disappear and you will be back in the launch screen of the app.

Press the Home Button to leave the app.

You will then return to the home screen and will see the room number that was entered displayed on the app's icon.
